Azizi Johari (born August 24, 1948 in New York City) is an American model and actress. She was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its June 1975 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Ken Marcus. Azizi grew up in many countries, due to her stepfather's military career. By the time she was in her teens, her family had settled down in Seattle.
