Amy Hill (born May 9, 1953) is an American actress. She is perhaps best known for her roles as Mrs. DePaulo in That's So Raven, the babysitter, Mrs. Kwan, in The Cat in the Hat, and the voice of Jasmine Lee (a.k.a. "Ah-Mah") on The Life and Times of Juniper Lee.
